For many years, I lived with anxiety, panic disorder, and PTSD without fully understanding why certain situations, relationships, and environments felt so overwhelming. I often felt misunderstood and mislabeled, which led me to withdraw and move through life quietly, carrying experiences I did not have language for.

Seeking support through licensed therapy and appropriate treatment brought clarity, not only about my mental health, but about myself. That process allowed me to understand my patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to navigate life with intention rather than fear.

Today, I am grounded and self-aware, with a clear understanding of experiences that once felt isolating. That clarity is what led me to create a space where awareness is normalized, experiences are respected, and people do not feel the need to explain or hide what they carry.

Abandonment, rejection, and emotional and verbal abuse intertwined in my life as an adolescent into a marriage that I gained the strength to walk away from after 19 years.

While battling physical and mental issues for years, an onset of panic and anxiety attacks surfaced. Medical intervention and prayer stabilized my life and gave me a clear vision.
